Hotel Hoshi Ryokan (Traditional Japanese Hotel)) is the oldest hotel in the world since several years ago. Not the oldest business in the world but to become the oldest companies in the world. Hoshi Ryokan was founded in 717 and was operated by members of the same family for more than 46 generations!
